For my second project management tool I wanted to talk about Google Drive. Now of course everyone has heard of it, but its a powerful document and file organization system that you can share and work in a real time collaborative setting. Create a Gmail account for free and you have access to all the Google apps including Google Drive. You get 15 Gb of space for FREE!

Your storage works with Drive, Gmail and Google Photos, so you can store files, save email attachments and back-up photos directly to Drive. You can also purchase a larger cloud storage plan as you need it.

Create and collaborate with others. Share documents and files, build out spreadsheets and make a presentation on the fly with ourDocsSheets and Slides apps.
Scan all your paper documents with Drive for Android. Just snap a photo of documents like receipts, letters and statements – and Drive will store them instantly as PDFs. You can even install on Apple products as well.
